 "Dear God, please protect me while i get in my cab, keep me safe from harm and if i die in an accident today please keep my family safe. Keep your angel on my shoulder and please don't let me pick up anyone who wants to harm me or rob me today. In Jesus name I pray" . Amen

Hello Lord, it's me again, the Las Vegas Cab driver. I am again getting ready to leave the cab yard and I wanted to ask you to keep me safe, guide me and bless me. Thank you for being there for me yesterday when that car suddenly made that left hand turn in front of me and we almost collided. I don't know how we missed each other and as the cars stopped it looked like to me there was just enough room for your hand between our cars....Thanks.

I also wanted to thank you for being there with me yesterday when I thought for sure I was going to be robbed. The situation had all the signs that I had been targeted to rob. I sure was scared and didn't know what those two guys were going to wind up doing. I just did all the things to keep them at ease and let them know I had a family, hadn't made much money and kept the cab where people were. I treated them with respect and as if everything was fine. I was really glad when they left the cab.

I am out here for my family. They depend on me to take care of them, be there for them and to care about how their day went. Help me to do a good job and bring me back to them safely. Help me to never forget the reason I work. My family are my reason, inspiration & motivation.

At the end of the day help me to be able to look back on the trips I made and feel that you were proud of me as you rode along. Help me to get each passenger safely & fairly to their requested destination.

Help me to take each passenger the shortest and quickest route. Help me to treat each person I encounter with dignity and respect. Help me to trust in you and be in peace when the other driver is rude and cuts me off.
